FROM THE VINEYARD…
Currently the Rodriguez Carrasco Family has two vineyards:
El Poedo and El Hato.
The vineyard “El Poedo” is located nearby “Los Pagos de Sanlucar de Barrameda”, Jerez Superior area on hills opposite the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, has 47.16 hectares of vineyards, albariza land with permanent moisture from its enclave, providing privileged conditions for vine.
The same applies to the vineyard “El Hato”, located on the ring road A-480, which has a small area of 5.7 hectares of land albariza.

TO THE CELLAR
The Baron Wineries are located in the upper quarter of the city, opposite the mouth of the Guadalquivir river, exposed to the breeze of the Atlantic.
Mills wineries 2nd, the hatcheries are several ships and sills, where we found the Manzanilla and Fino, in the variety of wines under flor, and Oloroso, Amontillado, cream, Muscat, Pedro Ximenez and Medium in the variety of wines from oxidative aging, giving life to brands Pino Viejo, Micaela, Atalaya, Baron, Xixarito and Soluqua.
Its central warehouses dating from 1631, continue to harbor the ancient screeds of D. Anselmo Paz. The gloom of their cellars is more strong and more intimate, their soil moisture is constant sprays are sparingly but frequent, all linked to the aged in American oak barrels make these wines a treat to the taste.
On new installations of Bodegas Hato Meat, we find Oloroso barrels aging.
