pairing

It pairs well with roast lamb with Provençal herbs or venison loin with a red fruit reduction. It also shines with aged cheeses such as a 36-month Comté or a smoked Idiazabal.

conservation

The bottle can be stored sealed for decades in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within 4 to 6 weeks. Serve between 12 and 14°C.
